         A.
Lead in drinking water, lead-Based Paint, and lead in Building Materials

               2. How to physically and visually inspect homes, apartments, and commercial buildings for lead in drinking water,
                   lead-based paint, and building materials.
               3. How to collect test samples for asbestos lab analysis for possible lead contamination.
               4. Lead in drinking water, lead-based paint, and lead in building materials remediation and removal techniques 
                   and procedures.

         B. Bacterial, viral, and germ contamination of air and drinking water inside residences, apartments, commercial
              buildings, and all other inhabited buildings.
               1. Health effects from exposure to bacterial, viral, and germ contamination of air and drinking water.
               2. How to physically and visually inspect homes, apartments, and commercial buildings for potential bacterial, viral,
                   and germ contamination of air and drinking water.
               3. How to collect test samples of possible bacterial, viral, and germ contamination of air and drinking water.

Bio-Terrorism: How to protect a home, condo, apartment, office, or commercial building against biological
                terrorism [such as anthrax spores, smallpox, and other airborne and drinking water toxins] 24 hours per day with
                duct-installed and/or portable hepa filtration and ultraviolet lights, plus continual air quality monitoring with alarms.

How to conduct environmental assessments and testing to certify buildings as a Certified Healthy Home, a
