       Below is the school curriculum and course contents for the online environmental hygienist education course for you to
be trained and designated as a Certified Environmental Hygienist. In this course, you will master the techniques you need to inspect and to do environmental inspection, testing, and remediation for homes, condominiums, apartments, offices, commercial buildings, warehouses, factories, and public buildings such as schools and government offices.

         A. Lead in drinking water, lead-Based Paint, and lead in Building Materials
               1. Health effects from exposure to lead in drinking water, lead-based paint, and building materials.
               2. How to physically and visually inspect homes, apartments, and commercial buildings for lead in drinking water,
                   lead-based paint, and building materials.
               3. How to collect test samples for asbestos lab analysis for possible lead contamination.
               4. Lead in drinking water, lead-based paint, and lead in building materials remediation and removal techniques 
                   and procedures.

         B. Bacterial, viral, and germ contamination of air and drinking water inside residences, apartments, commercial
              buildings, and all other inhabited buildings.
               1. Health effects from exposure to bacterial, viral, and germ contamination of air and drinking water.
               2. How to physically and visually inspect homes, apartments, and commercial buildings for potential bacterial, viral,
                   and germ contamination of air and drinking water.
               3. How to collect test samples of possible bacterial, viral, and germ contamination of air and drinking water.
               4. Bacterial, viral, and germ contamination remediation and removal techniques and procedures.

          C.  Bio-Terrorism: How to protect a home, condo, apartment, office, or commercial building against biological
                terrorism [such as anthrax spores, smallpox, and other airborne and drinking water toxins] 24 hours per day with
                duct-installed and/or portable hepa filtration and ultraviolet lights, plus continual air quality monitoring with alarms.

          D. How to conduct environmental assessments and testing to certify buildings as a Certified Healthy Home, a
               Certified Healthy Condo, a Certified Healthy Apartment, or a Certified Healthy Office.

          E. Outgassing of unhealthy gases from building materials, carpeting, and furniture and furnishings inside residences,
               apartments, and commercial buildings.
               1. Health effects from exposure to outgassing.
               2. How to physically and visually inspect homes, apartments, and commercial buildings for potential sources of
                   outgassing.
               3. How to collect test samples of possible outgassing.
               4. Outgassing remediation and removal techniques and procedures.

          F. Allergens [dust mites, pollens, mold spores, and air pollutants]
               1. Health effects of allergens.
               2. How to physically and visually inspect homes, apartments, and commercial buildings for potential sources of
                   allergens.
               3. How to collect test samples of possible allergens.
               4. Allergen remediation and removal techniques and procedures.

          I.   Pesticide residues [elevated levels] inside and outside residences apartments, and commercial buildings.
               1. Health effects from exposure to elevated levels of indoor and outdoor pesticide residues.
               2. How to physically and visually inspect inside homes, apartments, and commercial buildings [and the building's
                   outdoor environment] for potential pesticide residue zones.
               3. How to collect test samples of possible pesticide residues indoors and outdoors.
               4. Pesticide residue remediation and removal techniques and procedures.

          J.   Alternative, natural, and safe pest control, lawn care, and landscaping methods that are healthy, 
                environmentally-safe, and effective without the indoor and outdoor use of health-damaging pesticides.
                PLEASE NOTE: You can not provide pest control services without first being state-licensed for pest
                control.

          K. Rat, mice, and rodent infestation detection. PLEASE NOTE: You can not provide pest control services
               without first being state-licensed for pest control.

         L.   Radon inside residences, apartments, and commercial buildings.
               1. Health effects from exposure to radon.
               2. How to physically and visually inspect homes, apartments, and commercial buildings for potential radon zones
                   and radon contamination.
               3. How to collect air test samples of possible radon contamination.
               4. Radon mitigation techniques and procedures.
                    PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED ADDITIONAL TRAINING TO PASS YOUR STATE'S

         M.   Asbestos inside residences, apartments, and commercial buildings.
                 1. Health effects from exposure to asbestos.
                 2. How to physically and visually inspect homes, apartments, and commercial buildings for potential building
                     materials that may contain asbestos.
               3. How to collect test samples of possible asbestos-bearing building materials.
               4. Asbestos remediation and removal techniques and procedures.  
                    PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY NEED ADDITIONAL TRAINING TO PASS FEDERAL OR STATE
                   ASBESTOS PROFICIENCY EXAM TO BECOME ASBESTOS-LICENSED.

         N.  How to research, organize, prepare, and write effective and professional environmental remediation
               protocol plans and remediation bid proposals.

         O.  Sales, marketing, advertising, and public relations tips to enable you to earn a high income as a Certified
               Environmental Hygienist, Certified Mold Inspector, and Certified Mold Remediator.

         P.  How to protect yourself legally against lawsuits and legal claims against you that may arise in your working
               as a Certified Environmental Hygienist, Certified Mold Inspector, and Certified Mold Remediator.
